BLUEBIRD AT THE AVN SHOW
VENICE, CA – Bluebird Films will have a strong presence at the AVN Show in Hollywood, Florida next week, holding court in “The Governor’s Suite”, room 3231 of the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa. The company has signed on as both the Welcome Party and Content sponsor for the innovative networking event, with legendary director and Bluebird Films CEO Nicholas Steele headlining a forum on genre marketing.
The panel is called Riches in Niches: Big Profits from a Variety of Genres, discussing the specifics of genres such as blockbusters, swingers, BDSM, gonzo, alt-porn and romance, as well as the respective audiences, marketing and sales strategies. Steele’s years of experience as a pioneering director and studio head make him a key component in any discussion on the matter.
“Developing genre material is essential in today’s market,” Steele said. “It may be more difficult to do correctly than any other angle in the adult market. The consumers know what they want and they make their desires heard very clearly through their purchases and loyalty.”

“Our slogan is based on the company’s policy of giving the fans things they’ve never seen before, whether it’s our exclusive talent, big budget features like Bonny and Clide and Batfucks or our presence at public events like this one,” explains Nicholas Steele, award-winning director and CEO of Bluebird Films. “Whatever the fans might expect, our goal is to give them more.”
And that they did. Sexy Bluebird Angels greeted XFanz attendees, gifting them with backpack swag bags containing Bluebird branded sunscreen. At side-by-side cabanas, Bluebird Films exposed an abundance of fabulous flesh from their flock of exclusive talent. Representing the company were US contract performer Madelyn Marie who stars as Catwoman in Batfucks, British bombshell Paige Ashley, sexy star of Play Misty For Me, the Glambirds, gorgeous international glamour and TV models Gemma Massey, Reede Fox, Ashley Emma and Natasha Anastasia plus Dylan Ryder, a Bluebird favorite talent.
All the girls signed autographs and took pictures with fans while handing out tank tops and a selection of DVDs. Excited fans could not believe their luck and one of them will get even luckier later this week when Bluebird selects the winner of an iPad being given away to a show entrant.
In addition to spreading their wings at the show, appearing at the ribbon cutting ceremony, onstage dancing with hip hop star Too Short and as contestants in the bikini contest, Bluebird’s babes attended a Thursday night party at the Hard Rock’s Club Vanity where the DJ stopped the music to let them shout out to the crowd.
On Friday night, Madelyn Marie co-hosted a party at Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club with Gina Lynn and Phoenix Marie who joined the Bluebird party in addition to erotic stars Diana Doll and Jennifer Dark.

ARREST WARRANT SERVED AT BONNY & CLIDE WRAP PARTY
VENICE, CA – Paul Chaplin opened the doors of his Bluebird Mansion to celebrate wrapping one of the biggest films of the year. And the A list of adult industry talent came to party through the night. The theme was 1930’s costume, but this certainly wasn’t the depression; Gangsters and Molls filled the halls, as a jazz band played from the gallery. The 30’s was a no frills era, which many of the starlets proved by skinny dipping in the pool to the big disco sounds spinning on the patio.
Paul Chaplin and Nick Steele – dressed in Bluebird pink pinstripe suits – welcomed the star line up, including: Bluebird contract star MADELYN MARIE, DYLAN RYDER, DANI JENSEN, KRISSY LYNN, SUNNY LANE, KAYDEN KROSS, DYANNA LAUREN, DANA DEARMOND, NICK MANNING, WILL RYDER and TOM BYRON.
Between the ice statues, gourmet food and Havana cigar maker, was the centerpiece: The first screening of the BONNY & CLIDE trailer. Playing all night, it drew gasps from everyone who saw it. EVAN STONE, currently shooting BABERUNNER for Bluebird said, “You look at this, and it’s mainstream. The cinematography, the acting, the costumes, the styling. It’s taking adult movies to the next level.”
The most missed guest was Miss Bonny Parker herself, the screen siren NATASHA MARLEY. She had to miss the party due to family commitments back in her native UK, but sent her best Bonny wishes.
Bringing together Paul Chaplin, Tommy Gunn, Evan Stone and Dale Dabone in one room is a sure fire recipe for something to happen. The inevitable debauchery (yes – we mean you Mr. Chaplin) did ultimately follow. But only after the A List of male talent looked at each other, shook hands and picked up instruments – drums (Dale), bass (Tommy), guitar (Paul) and keyboard (Evan) – to loud the Mansion out with some impromptu Stud Rock, did these boys truly show they ain’t just got talent in their trousers!
As the notes of their Stairway to Heaven died away, a low ripple spread amongst the guests. two burly and heavily armed officers were heading straight in Chaplin’s direction – with an arrest warrant! As he answered to his name, the cuffs came out and he was hustled away. But only as far as poolside, where Nick Steele revealed that they’re professional bounty hunters, Ed & Maria Brown, coming to audition for a Bluebird TV Show!
A very relieved PC decided to celebrate his escape from the long arm of the law, by a skinny dip with Madelyn, followed by a mermaid diving competition off the waterfall.
Interviewed by TV, PC answered as to the most important quality of a Bluebird girl: “Endurance!”
Veteran Ron Jeremy summed up the shock and awe of the occasion, “Man, this party musta cost what must people would make five whole movies for”.

Hope you all had an awesome weekend. Those of us in Bluebird-land certainly did! As you probably know, Saturday was our big BONNY & CLIDE wrap party. Turnout was appropriately epic and all seemed to have a great time. The Bluebird Mansion was rocking all night long, and we all got to bask in the glory of the adult luminaries in attendance. If you were to scan Twitter today, you’d see just how many adult stars are saying that this was the best party they’ve ever been to!

BONNY & CLIDE WRAPS, GETS WRITE-UP ON AVN.COM!

As we say in America, it’s “Humpday Wednesday,” though I guess at Bluebird, it’s always “Hump”day! As you probably know by now, we’ve wrapped BONNY & CLIDE, and now all of the major adult news agencies are starting to cover this mega-production. Big thanks to friends at AVN.com for the shout-out!
AGOURA HILLS, Calif.—Bluebird Films has wrapped its latest big-budget epic, Bonny and Clide, which climaxes with a bloody shootout in the spirit of the classic story of the two outlaws. Bluebird’s version stars English model Natasha Marley in her adult film debut and Bluebird owner Paul Chaplin in the title roles.
With the assistance of weapons experts and a special effects team, director Nicholas Steele created a frighteningly realistic reconstruction of the couple’s ambush by a posse of officers, right down to the shredded, blood-stained clothing. Tommy Gunn, who plays the former Texas Ranger who hunts the outlaws down, admitted to getting hard during the handling and firing of the powerful weapons.
“How great is my job?” he asked rhetorically. “I get to shoot guns and have sex with beautiful women. What could be better?”
Bonny and Clide also stars Bluebird Films exclusive Madelyn Marie, Julia Ann, Dylan Ryder, Bobbi Starr and more. The wrap party is scheduled for this Saturday, May 1. More details to come.
In Production
Bluebird Films is at it again, with the Award-winning Director Nicholas Steele leading the way. Shooting began today on what is Day 1 of a very busy production schedule. Nick looks over everything to make sure it is a green light and we’re off again on another great year of production.
The first in a long list of scenes and movies was filmed on Day 1 and everyone came together to make it a successful production.
The anticipation of capturing more great footage was as thick as a blanket of fog rolling in from the coast. Everyone stopped in to check out the set. Some interested in the lighting, some in the design, still others for the stiff action that unfolded as the day progressed.
So now I suppose you are going to say, “Well, how good-looking ARE the girls?” and “Just HOW hot was the action?” Ok, Ok, I got it. You want me to leak a few of the shots that came across my desktop today, right? First, there is Jennifer Dark. Fuckin’, suckin’, she took it all and loved the load that she got in the end! Literally. We will have something up for you to download as quickly as the porn editors put all the good parts together. But in the meantime, here are a couple of pics to illustrate what I am trying to say…
